      Our memorial items are carefully prepared and typically shipped within 7 business days. Custom memorial videos are thoughtfully created and sended to your mail within 3 business days. We very appreciate your patience during these times

    • Shipping Methods

      We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and express shipping. The availability of shipping methods may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.

    • Shipping Rates

      Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

    • Delivery Time

      Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes or carrier issues may impact delivery times.

    • Change of Address

      If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.

  • Returns & Cancellations
  • We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. To ensure clarity, please note the following regarding returns and cancellations:

    • Memorial Items (Non-Customized):

      You may cancel your order for non-customized memorial items before it ships. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered shipped and cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund.

    • Customized Memorial Items:

      Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns or cancellations on customized memorial products after an order is placed. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

    • Custom Memorial Videos:

      Due to the time and effort involved in creating custom memorial videos, we do not accept returns or cancellations after an order is placed. If you are not completely satisfied with your video, we offer up to three rounds of minor revisions to address your concerns. Please provide specific feedback within 3 business days of receiving your video draft.

    • Damaged Items:

      If you receive a damaged item, you must email services@soulhaven7.com within 3 business days of receipt to report the problem. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. How to Initiate a Return/Cancellation (if applicable): For eligible cancellations before shipping (see rules for Non-Customized Memorial Items), or to report damage, please send an email to services@soulhaven7.com.Please provide us with your full name and order number.We will provide you with further instructions.
